Co-Enroll in Ensign College

Co-Enroll in FlexGE and Ensign College
BYU FlexGE students are eligible to co-enroll in a degree program with Ensign College when they apply to both the FlexGE program and Ensign College. Co-enrolled students take both FlexGE and Ensign College classes to complete their Ensign College degree. Ensign College is conveniently located next door to the BYU Salt Lake Center.
Please keep in mind that BYU and Ensign College are distinct institutions with separate registration, communication, and financial systems. Additionally, BYU follows a 16-week semester schedule, whereas Ensign College operates on a 7-week term schedule. Due to these differences, co-enrollment in FlexGE and Ensign College can be complex and challenging. We strongly encourage careful consideration before deciding to pursue both simultaneously.
Co-enrollment in FlexGE and Ensign College is only available to citizens of the USA. Federal Financial Aid is only available through co-enrollment through Summer 2026. Contact Ensign College's Financial Aid office for assistance.
