Co-Enroll in
Ensign College

BYU FlexGE students are eligible to co-enroll in a degree program with Ensign College when they apply to the FlexGE program. They can then take both FlexGE and Ensign College classes to complete their Ensign College degree and apply for federal financial aid for qualifying FlexGE and Ensign College classes. Ensign College is conveniently located next door to the BYU Salt Lake Center.
Please keep in mind that BYU and Ensign College are distinct institutions with separate registration, communication, and financial systems. Additionally, BYU follows a 16-week semester schedule, whereas Ensign College operates on a 7-week term schedule. Due to these differences, co-enrollment in FlexGE and Ensign College can be complex and challenging. We strongly encourage careful consideration before deciding to pursue both simultaneously.
