Wellness Programs and Facilities
As a FlexGE student, you can work out at the fitness center, participate in fitness classes, work with a wellness coach, and play sports with your friends. Student Wellness is here to help you pursue your best self and enjoy a healthy student experience. The cost for a wristband that grants access to the wellness programs and facilities is $50 per semester for FlexGE students.

Personal Growth and Well-being Courses
BYU Student Development Services offers a variety of courses that promote personal growth and psychological well-being. They teach skills like goal-setting, decision-making, and tools for managing mental health, building friendships, facing relationship challenges, and reducing self-criticism. Additionally, they encourage psychological flexibility and a healthy relationship with one's body.
Health Center
The Student Health Center is available to all FlexGE students. Come in for a doctor’s appointment, immunizations, physical therapy, urgent care, prescriptions, and any other medical needs. All services are available to you regardless of your insurance coverage.
Counseling and Psychological Services (CAPS)
BYU CAPS provides wellness programming and mental health treatment aimed at promoting positive mental health for students. FlexGE students are eligible for a free one-time consultation along with many self-help resources.
Comprehensive Clinic
The BYU Comprehensive Clinic offers counseling services for individuals, couples, and families. The clinic is a research and training facility, and counseling is provided by graduate student interns under the close supervision of experienced faculty who are licensed therapists.
